For the last 20 years, all the meat delicacies of “Delicates Zhitnitsa” have been produced in the picturesque Plovdiv village of Zhitnitsa. These delights are the work of not just anybody, but long-time aficionados of delicious sausages and meat delicacies – the very people of the village.
