In connection with the expansion of our activities in the Blagoevgrad region, we need YOU as:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Increasing sales and distribution in your assigned region
Developing the market share in the region and achieving sales plans
Monitoring the compliance and implementation of the commercial policy by distributors in the Blagoevgrad region
Supporting distributor activities to establish the brands and company products
Building and expanding numerical distribution for all products in the portfolio
Increasing the number of active clients in the region
Monitoring contractual relationships with local key clients
Directly overseeing the implementation of the company’s standards
Preparing periodic plans, reports, and market summaries, sales trends, and developments
Organizing and controlling the work of a team of sales representatives
YOU ARE THE RIGHT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sales – minimum of 3 years
Drive to achieve high results
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills – negotiation abilities
Positive attitude and team-oriented role
Valid driving license (Category B) – active driver
Computer literacy (MS Office) – at an advanced level
